How can I pay?
We accept all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay — whatever's easiest for you.
Is checkout secure?
Always. Every payment is encrypted and processed securely. Your details are never stored or seen by us.
What currency will I pay in?
You'll see and pay in your local currency, set automatically at checkout.
Any hidden fees?
None. The price you see is the price you pay. (Orders outside the EU may have local customs — more below.)
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. You'll get tracking the moment yours is on its way.
Do I pay for shipping?
Never. Shipping is on us — on every order.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Wherever you are, we'll get it to you.
Can I track my order?
Of course. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.
What about customs?
No extra charges within the EU. Outside the EU, local import duties may apply and are covered by you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
Yes — you have 14 days to change your mind, in line with EU law.
Not completely in love with it?
You have 30 days to return it for a full refund — no questions, no hassle. Just reach out, and we'll take care of the rest.
Something arrived damaged?
We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Send us a photo within 48 hours at lanamercer.co@gmail.com and we'll replace it or refund you in full. No need to send anything back.
Who covers return shipping?
If you've simply changed your mind, return shipping is on you. If anything's faulty or incorrect, we cover it entirely.
How soon will I be refunded?
Within 14 days of your return reaching us — straight back to your original payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Absolutely — as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Just send us a quick message and we'll sort it.
Where's my order?
Follow the tracking link in your shipping email, or head to "Track Your Order" anytime.
