Delivery time
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days (including order processing). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Customs & import
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships. If you haven't received it within a few days, contact us at lanamercer.co@gmail.com.

Wrong address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
