Refund & Return Policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw and return it, without giving any reason.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, electrical styling tools must not have been used beyond what is necessary to check they function.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to start a return
Email us at lanamercer.co@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll send you the return instructions and address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at lanamercer.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
Non-returnable
Items that have been used beyond inspection, are not in resalable condition, or are returned after the 14-day window may not be eligible.
